Terms of Service

These terms govern use of WEBQK at naption.ai, including marketing, contact, previews we host, and related services.
1. The product
WEBQK builds a business website from a live URL or a Google listing and hosts a preview until Launch. The public site is marketing and contact. There is no customer login. Launch, hosting, and extra work are paid engagements.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms.
3. Accounts
Internal ops credentials are not a customer account. You keep rights to your business data and branding.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use WEBQK to spam, break the law, or interfere with the service. Preview URLs are not a license to impersonate another business.
5. Fees
Preview may be free and may expire. Launch and Keep pricing is as agreed in writing. Fees are billed as stated in that agreement.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, WEBQK’s total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. The service is provided as available.
7. Governing law
Georgia law. Courts in Douglas County, Georgia.
